Reservations and Payments
Reservations for the tour/ accommodation has to be made on the basis of Single, Double/ Twin and Triple (Double plus single mattress) occupancy. The reservation request sent to us in written or sent by mail at info@luxurytoursindia.in along with the payment which is mentioned below.

Booking Made 91 days or more prior to arrival

Total invoice subject to more than US$1000

20 % of the total invoice at the time of booking (more advance payment for some trips are required and will be informed at the time of booking)
Balance payment 60 days prior to arrival

Total invoice subject to less than US$ 1000 but more than US$ 600

75% payment at eh time of making reservations.
Balance payment 60 days prior to arrival/

Total invoice subject to less than $600

100% payment at the time of Booking.

Booking Made 90 days or less prior to arrival

100% payment at the time of Booking.

The payment can be done by cheque, wire transfer and in cash for local services. In case of final payment is not made when due dates, Luxury Tours India, reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.

The Tour Price includes

Twin sharing accommodation in first class hotel, resort / jungle lodge is provided on bed and breakfast basis unless specified otherwise.
Transfers and sightseeing as listed in the itinerary by air-conditioned car /coach for all tours except few one where non AC car will be used.
All sightseeing with local English speaking guide as applicable.
All currently applicable taxes. (These are subject to changes without any prior notice)
Any specific inclusions are mentioned with specific tours.

The Tour Price excludes

International airfare and airport tax
Domestic air fare for the tour is given separately (and in some cases, part of the tour package as specified).
Additional tours and sightseeing or stays which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
Items of personal nature like drinks, laundry, telephone calls etc.
Visa fee (except Bhutan Visa fees which is included in tour price)
Camera fee at monument (which is minimal).
Insurance of travelers and their luggage.
Tips to the porters, hotel staff and local guides.

General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing on the name of Luxury Tours India and same is mailed at info@luxurytoursindia.in. Cancellation fees are applied to the following time schedule:

Cancellation made prior to 91 days or more: 20% of the money deposited as advance or US$ 200 per person whichever is higher.

61 – 90 days: 30% of the total invoice

31 – 60 days: 50% of the total invoice

Less than 30 days: Full retention and will be treated as no show client.

In certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ and would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / service provider. This will be charged over and in addition to the cancellation policy.

Refund
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services. Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip. Due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator if any additional services are needed by the client, passenger will be responsible for his own hotels/lodge/meals and other expenses. Neither Luxury Tours India nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for weather conditions.

Force Majeure Conditions
In case of cancellation/delay due to force Majeure conditions, the terms and conditions relation to cancellation charges will not apply and the agency will not pay any refund.

Responsibility, Liability and Extra Cost
All tour packages are sold under the business management of Luxury Tours India and they are in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Luxury Tours India nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for such unforeseen conditions. The rates are current at the time of printing and subject to change without notice. Luxury Tours India is not responsible for any expenses due to delays or cancellation of transportation in these packages.

Governing Law
This conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
